Eldan Hotel - Jerusalem

Wonderful location, good staff, great breakfast.

Liked generous and fresh made breakfasts!!

Location: the hotel was very close to Mamilla shopping area as well as such Jerusalem landmarks as YMCA and the King David Venue, 10-15min walk from the Kotel and an Old City. The pool was nice and I had alcoholic drinks in the downstairs bar.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of the old town. The room is nice too.

Breakfast could be better, little bit scarce.

The location was magnificent, for example, Old City of Jerusalem was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast with beverages and hot dishes, for example was generous, you'll find what you need.

Views were not very nice.

Bad internet. That's the only downside

Location was central, breakfast was good, staff were friendly, parking in basement was helpful.

Price was a little high, definitely paying for location. I thought it odd that only liquid soap was available, but that was not such a big deal.

The location offered convenient access to major sites. Breakfast was a highlight with a fantastic variety and exquisite taste that impressed us.

Parking was limited and created some inconvenience.

I found the room poorly lit and not very nice looking. However, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom amenities satisfactory.

Very good location to explore old town, easy access by car, very professional staff, quiet and clean room, good breakfast - everything what would be needed for few days stay.

The staff were really friendly and very helpful, the room was clean and comfortable...we were out most of the time so only needed a basic room. Food was excellent, and when the restaurant was closed, the YMCA across the road had a wonderful terrace restaurant and provided any of the menu to be taken away in ready-meal containers :-) Best of all was the location...step outside the hotel and you can see the Old City walls. 10-15 minute walk to Jaffa Gate. 5 minute walk to the lovely Manilla shopping area. Taxi's on-tap. The reception arranged a private tour for us which was excellent.
